Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed promptly. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Free Returns

We believe that returning an item should not be a burden. Therefore, we offer free return shipping on all eligible items. If you need to initiate a return, simply contact our support team to receive a prepaid return label. The original shipping fees (which are zero due to our free shipping policy) are not deducted from your refund.
